Weight update:
I’ve lost a total of 27 pounds so far! It sometimes doesn’t feel like I’ve lost anything or even look like there is a difference in my eyes… I’m so focused on the parts of me that I dislike most of the time like my stretch marks or the pudge on my stomach that I forget that I’ve lost almost 30 pounds. But 30 pounds is a big number! And i know a lot of you guys are out there on weight loss journeys too so I just wanted to put out this post to let you know that you’re doing great and don’t let your body dysmorphia and insecurities keep you down and discourage you from continuing to do what’s best for you! And that goes for all of you on the opposite side of the fence too! I know many people struggle with weight gain aswell and it can be a real struggle but I’m proud of you all for doing what you can do to take care of yourselves the best you can in today’s difficult times! You’re all awesome 🫶 lots of love
P.s. I was so insecure at my highest weight that the only “image” I could find that wasn’t hiding what my stomach actually looked like was a VERY short part of a custom I made a while back which is where that image came from. That’s why it’s blurry and not a good image 😂
