Recently I have been focusing on building my legs, working them out twice per week... π₯΅ I think itβs paying off π§
π¨This is a strategy I use to help me gain weight (π¦΅x2/week)π¨
Since legs are such a large muscle group hitting them twice a week really ramps up your hormone levels (HGH and testosterone), this in turn helps you to build and recover.
