In this video, I played around with taping again β this time using both vertical and horizontal strips to see if it would shape my belly into a more round, lifted look. The idea was to give it a bit of structure and accentuate all the curves as the day went on.
At first, it felt like it helped give a more defined shape... but by the evening, after I was totally stuffed, I honestly donβt think my belly needed any help holding its form π The pressure did all the work β round, full, and really pushing out on its own.
It was fun to experiment, and I love how the look changed between meals. Let me know what you think β do you like the taped shape, or the natural end-of-day bloat better?
