Needed to get in my accessory work in after teaching class. Training in a bear plank position helps with reducing cramping out on the course. A lot of competitors don’t hold this position long enough during training so they tend to get cramps in their hamstrings… and that shit hurts (Yes I was doing this with others people training clients in the gym 😁)
