I spent years going through uncomfortable cleats until I finally found a pair I liked, so make sure to try on as many as you can before selecting the final choice.

2023-06-21 23:31:15 +0000 UTC View PostProtein shakes are easily one of the most underrated forms of recovery. Protein powder provides amino acids to the muscles that are depleted. The muscle uses these amino acids and proteins to repair the muscle and build it back stronger than before to support the muscle doing it again. Hence, no matter the activity, protein shakes are GREAT for the body (all natural whey protein).

You can get them in all shapes and sizes, however most soccer players prefer minimally invasive ones that slip in and out. The bigger and bulkier they are, the more intrusive they become to your gameplay.

2023-06-17 23:55:09 +0000 UTC View PostCan you guess what muscles I hit? 😂 The push, pull and leg day split is designed to effectively allow each muscle group to have the optimal amount of time to recover. It’s a brilliant split and does me well seeing I like to go 6-7 days a week. It’s important to allow 2-4 days of recovery for whatever muscle group you worked out.
2023-06-17 02:01:41 +0000 UTC View PostStrengthen the body, and in return it’ll reinforce the mind: Staying active with fitness allows everything else to follow so easily. I expected my abilities in soccer to dwindle as I got bigger and stronger, but I can say with confidence it’s only made them better 😈⚽️
2023-06-16 00:50:48 +0000 UTC View PostKnow what type of field you’ll be playing in! All throughout my college soccer seasons, we’d have perfectly maintained grass fields, untouched grass fields, short turf as well as long turfed fields. It was a huge shock for us upon the beginning of the game, so definitely make sure you’re comfortable with field before hoping into a game. It makes a huge difference!
2023-06-15 01:43:08 +0000 UTC View PostSome pre workout shenanigans before the real work started 💪🏼😈 Someone commented about how impressive it was to juggle such a small object. I simply do it just for fun, however it really shows just how beneficial the mini ball is! ⚽️
2023-06-10 01:10:33 +0000 UTC View PostDefy the odds! Got to the park and realized I had the wrong ball…. That didn’t stop me though! Obstacles are never ending, but whether you accomplish your goal or not depends on how badly you want it. #stayhard 😉
2023-06-05 22:15:16 +0000 UTC View PostOne thing I’ve learned a lot when performing an act I’ve never done, is I’d try to envision myself performing the action. Whether it’s a new skill move, heavy lift, or even just a normal jog. The act of picturing or dreaming yourself performing something does wonders before you actually attempt it. I would do this particularly with saving penalty kicks or free kicks, and i would feel completely composed afterwards. Try it before you do something with an unpredictable outcome!
2023-06-02 23:48:12 +0000 UTC View PostGoals: It’s easy to hop on the dedication wave and do something over and over, but it’s even more important to pinpoint exactly what and why you’re doing something. At first I trained as an athlete, and now I train for aesthetics/ strength. I had to completely change how I was training to fit my desires. Get your goals straight first, then worry about how to get there 💪🏼😤

2023-05-29 00:29:40 +0000 UTC View PostPost workout shenanigans 😝 My lower body was super tight from yesterday’s leg day, so I did some light stretching and ball work to get the blo0d flowing. Today was a busy one, but I’ll catch y'all on another livestream soon!
2023-05-27 03:34:23 +0000 UTC View PostI think I’ll stick to soccer 😅 It was fun trying to get outside my comfort zone, but I’ll stick to the good stuff. It’s never too late to try something new though! The only restraints we have are the only ones we make up for ourselves. Anything is possible!
2023-05-26 04:51:06 +0000 UTC View PostSummer body moving swiftly ☺️ I’ve been getting acclimated to morning cardio and abs 4 days a week. Then weights are at night 5-6 days a week to maintain muscle mass. Peaked with 185lbs on incline bench for 10. Feeling healthy and strongggg! 💪🏼😝 Leg day tomorrow! Who wants to see my squat? 👀

I remember a time when going upstairs in high school would tire me out. Now they’re just as easy as walking. Don’t skip legs!
2023-05-23 00:20:04 +0000 UTC View PostToday’s highlight of the day is definitely stretching. Before & during my livestream I took no shortcuts on the amount of stretches I could think of, because right before coming the field I was suuuuper tight in my lower body. Had to get all of that out before I even considered touching the ball. Remember stretching right before, as well as right after any physical activity will work wonders for a speedy recovery. Hope everyone is happy and healthy!! 🥰
2023-05-19 23:27:25 +0000 UTC View PostHamstring is back to its painless self, and I’m ready to get back to my painful workouts 😈🥰 Overall I’ve been combining mini workouts, stretches and resting to allow it to fully heal. It seems to have paid off, because I’m back to feeling like a million bucks 🤑
2023-05-19 04:59:09 +0000 UTC View PostHere’s the before and after from my livestream 😮💨, I certainly overworked myself in this one. What do y’all think about a daily livestream? 👀 I guess there’s only one way to find out. See y’all tomorrow! 😝

Our bodies are electrical circuits, and the earth is as well. I’d you’re more interested in how that is. Just look up Tesla’s coil lighting up lightbulb 23 miles away. That’ll teach you everything you need to know. Do this for about 20 minutes to obtain a full circuit discharge into the earth. If you don’t believe me, give it a go! 😊 It’s one of my many techniques for being stress free
2023-05-15 23:42:50 +0000 UTC View PostWe back baby 😌 Going to be hitting the field after tomorrow’s leg day to test how my mobility is. I’m back to my happy place and am feeling good! So happy this hamstring wasn’t as serious as I expected, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be taking extra precautions with stretching 😅

2023-05-12 00:10:49 +0000 UTC View PostToday was my first leg day since the hamstring pop! Although it was a little tight and I’m 10 pounds less than I was 2 weeks ago. I got a decent workout in without any pain! That’s a win for me! 😎 Kept the weight low and the reps high to avoid putting too much stress on it.
2023-05-11 04:21:17 +0000 UTC View PostPost work out abs are a must now for me. After having that hamstring scare, I learned that having a strong core is vital for allowing the legs to work at a high/ maximum capability. Ab workouts a day keeps the hamstring tears away 😅 Also stretching…. but abs too.

Don’t forget your health is your wealth. Stay strong 💪🏼
2023-05-07 18:44:47 +0000 UTC View PostAnd we back baby! Hamstring is still a little tight, but I’m starting to be able to do little jogs, and most importantly juggle. Luckily it was just a little tweak and nothing major, I’ll do my best to get back to full health. Ended the long day with some mini ball keepy ups ⚽️☺️
