The toughest thing about Only Fans and fitness is the pressure to stay fit and look a certain way for you guys! Most of you know I have struggled with anxiety especially over the past year or so. I gained 30 lbs since the day I started Only Fans (November 15, 2020) mostly from my anxiety meds. It’s hard to get used to my new body, but I have learned to (mostly) accept it. Often it’s hard to not compare yourself to others, but I’m trying to appreciate my fitness journey and look at it as more of a lifestyle rather than some thing I will one day obtain and “finally be happy!” I chose to take a step back and enjoy the ride from here on out. Who’s with me?
